The purpose of the SNCC Outdoors Pro Staff is to promote, represent, and elevate the SNCC Outdoors brand by sharing authentic outdoor experiences, demonstrating product performance, and connecting with the hunting community. Pro Staff members serve as brand ambassadors, helping expand SNCC’s reach through knowledgeable field use, high‑quality content creation, and genuine engagement with hunters and outdoor enthusiasts.
Our Pro Staff team exists to build trust, visibility, and community, providing value through real‑world expertise, responsible representation at events, and constructive product feedback that supports continuous improvement. By living SNCC’s commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and outdoor passion, Pro Staff members help strengthen the brand’s presence and contribute to a long‑standing culture of excellence within the outdoors industry.
Mark and Sarah Burton live in rural Southern Illinois and have a passion for the outdoors. They operate Burton’s Outdoor Guiding, a channel catfish guide service. When they’re not fishing they’re busy bow hunting whitetails in the fall, gardening and of course chasing turkeys in the spring. The turkey woods is where their passion really comes to life. There’s nothing quite like the woods coming alive on a spring morning with the sound of yelps from expectant hens and gobblers spitting and drumming on ridge tops.

My name is Monte Ryan. Born in New York but raised here in the Midwest since I was in diapers. I am married with 4 children. I reside in Springfield. Mo. I grew up with a passion for the outdoors through my dad. He has been the one that has shown me the right from wrong and the ways to make it through life when life gets tough. He has been the one to show me how to put food on the table for my family. He has been the one that has shown me to respect the animals and the great outdoors that our amazing god has created. I have been fortunate enough to be able to harvest many deer and turkey through my outdoor adventures along with other game as well. I have been able to play the 3D archery for some time and have done very well at it. I have been part of the NWTF for over 15 yrs were I was able to be honored enough to take out disabled youth and vets to hunt and fish and enjoy the great outdoors. I have just recently had the chance to become the president of the Whitetails Unlimited chapter here in Springfield, Mo. I wouldn’t trade it for the world. As a chapter we feel in our hearts that we would like to give back to the ones in need so we also take disabled youth and vets out to enjoy the great outdoors. We also joined teams with the Special Olympics and we do unified fishing tournaments with them for all of their athletes. I have been on several prostaff for a lot of the outdoor industry and wouldn’t change it for the world. Troy and I have had an amazing friendship for several yrs. He has been an amazing friend and entrepreneur in the outdoor industry for yrs. I look forward to this opportunity to grow and learn from other hunters the love the same passion I do. My dad had me out in the woods as a little kid and my passion for the outdoors has grown stronger ever since. It’s an addiction at this point.

Will Price has spent the last 20 years deer and turkey hunting, with a strong focus on public land pursuits. Based in Georgia but always willing to travel, he enjoys the challenge of pressured birds and hard-earned success. Will is passionate about calling and filming hunts that showcase the true experience of public-land hunting. Outside of the woods and his career, Will stays busy tinkering and working on projects. Conservation plays a major role in his life, and he proudly serves as President of his local NWTF chapter. Will is honored to represent a brand that stands for quality craftsmanship, authenticity, and preserving the hunting tradition for future generations.

Brandon is a southern Illinois native that has been fishing ever since he was old enough to hold a fishing pole. For the past 15 year he has been tournament fishing on an amateur level. He won several tournaments and went to many classics with his most notable being Illinois Team Trail classic in which he placed third, USA Bassin Silver Classic in which he placed second, and he was the 2018 USA Bassin Grand Rivers spring division champion. For the past 2 years he has taken a break from tournament fishing to help with his 2 oldest boys high school fishing team and for the past 2 years they had made it to the state fishing finals for the first time in the schools history. Now that his oldest son has graduated high school he plans on continuing his journey in tournament fishing with his kids while still helping with the high school fishing team.

SNCC Outdoors Staff Philosophy
Our pro staff is a group of hunters who love and respect the outdoors. The sole purpose of pro staff is to help promote our business. Being a successful pro staff member involves a lot of work. That doesn’t just mean having a photos with our logo and/or product. That may be something our pro staffers do to promote the company, but it is certainly not the only thing entailed with our pro staff.
Promoting a product only goes so far. Pro staffers must also be involved wherever possible to push our products in the industry. A company cannot be successful without an industry demand for their products. Some things our pro staffer can do to promote our company and push demand for our products would be to attend local trade shows and shooting events throughout the year. They can also create content material such as videos, photos and visual prints that can be used for promotional purposes. Social media and online forums play a huge role in today’s market strategies. Therefore, our pro staff members need to help publicly promote our company online in addition to working directly with SNCC Outdoors .
Being a pro staff member for SNCC Outdoors is not just about getting free/discounted material. To be a successful pro staffer it takes effort, time, energy and work. YES, there are PERKS and incentives to being a pro staff member. You will have limited access to free and discounted products depending on the amount of work you put in to our company AS WELL AS a possibility of receiving free products and/or commissions on product you move and people you send our way. Everything is a give and take. You have to give your time and effort to receive the rewards. That doesn’t mean just contacting us whenever you want and getting whatever you ask us for. However, if you put in the work and thoroughly promote our products, as well as our company, you will reap the rewards.
